Travel and Hotels

For conference participants we have arranged special prices at several hotels in Milan. Please contact the hotel yourself and book by e-mail and NOT through the normal booking-websites – otherwise you will not receive the special offer. Do not forget to mention that you are a participant of the “CefES International Conference”. As we cannot book rooms for participants, you need to make the reservations yourself. Our hotel options expire June 1 2020 so make sure to book your hotel in time!

Social Dinner

A Social dinner is organized on 15 June 2020 at 20:00 on the occasion of the first day of the conference. The dinner is fully booked, if you would like to attend please fill the form below, specifying the number of seats and menu choice to include in reservation. The dinner includes a three course buffet, a few drinks (wine, juice, water) and coffee/tea. Participants pay individually at the restaurant.
